An addiction is a programming (or operating instruction to your brain) that triggers uncomfortable driven emotional responses and excites your consciousness upon the world around you that does not agree with the universal laws of the higher level consciousness God mind. The identifying characteristic of an addiction is that when you desire something, you create a capacity for it, when you create a capacity for it, you create a demand, once you create that demand you must fulfill that demand. upon such a mental demand you respond emotionally in a bio-computer way and it automatically play's out a program of anger, worry, anxiety, jealousy, fear, etc, depending upon what was created in the mental program. That which you emotionally avoid is just as much a mental addiction upon something you desire. You must say to oneself, I am freeing myself far from egos, addictive emotions, and powerless position addictions that tries to forcefully control circumstance in my life, and thus destroying my peace which been keeping me from loving myself and others.
